Cutting Blanks
Saw cutting aluminum. This miter bandsaw can cut up to a 60 degree angle on 6 inch pipe.

Specialty tooling helps have the job get done. This new addition to the tool crib is a magnetic based drill that clamps to pipe. Perfect for projects like this one!
Custom Tailgate
Customer logo in aluminum. This customer bought a retired fire truck to turn into a service truck. We repaired some issues in the aluminum bed and cut his logo into the tailgate.

Tree Rail
Customizing railing to fit the space. Customer asked us to add a tree to this section of railing. We kept the spaces under 4-inches to meet New York State building code and gave this entryway a personal touch!

Roof Access Ladder
This aluminum ladder replaced the old rusted steel ladder. Adding the hoops at the top makes entry and exit of the ladder much safer.
Flatbed
Service truck face lift. Galvanized steel bed frame and rear bumper with a hardwood deck turned our standard pickup truck into a perfect delivery truck!
Plasma work
CNC plasma cutter part was through its program. CNC machines are an integral part of the shop. From CAD design to finished parts in a matter of minutes!
Loading Dock Railing
The original railing was damaged by a delivery truck, this new railing is made to be unbolted without damaging the concrete.
Gantry Uprights
Upper section of a telescoping post. This part of the assembly slides inside a larger pipe so that the height can be adjusted.
Railing in Stone
Brown powder-coated railing. To install this railing we first had to core drill into the solid stone steps, then use an anchor cement.
Gantry Post
Hot dipped galvanized post assembly. This is the post for an overhead gantry system. The post can be raised and lowered as the depth of snow changes. Next time you’re at Ski Windham check them out as you get onto the lift!
Concrete Form
4-piece concrete form. Re-usable concrete form which locks together, is filled with concrete. Once the concrete is cured the form is unhinges and ready for the next pour.
